Ingredients you need for the Almond Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup almond milk½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional1 tablespoon of honey, optional1 banana, peeled1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter1 cup ice cubes, optional
Directions
1. Place the ingredients in the container of your blender.
2. Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and hom*ogenous. Enjoy the almond banana smoothie immediately, topped with some fresh almonds!
